Free Returns

We offer free returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number
  2. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if your return is approved
  3. Package the item securely and send it back using the provided label

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Used or damaged items caused by normal wear or misuse

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that time, orders may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
